You helped us raise $768 (and it was matched!!!) for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CF) through our Spicy Cocktails for a Cure fundraiser. Thank you for helping us to make a difference for those with Cystic Fibrosis and their families. This was part of a larger fundraising effort by our Coca Cola rep, Natalie Blazevich. Natalie has informed me that your $768 has been matched by some amazing person!!! Wow.
You may remember me mentioning more about this in an email and post this Summer. (Click here for original post). Natalie asked us if we would be willing to offer a limited time specially curated Cocktails for a Cure Drink menu and donate a portion of the sales to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. As a Pittsburgh's 50 Finest honoree, Natalie had a goal of $15,000. She surpassed this goal with your help and raised over $20,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis foundation! Thank you to all those who enjoyed one of our Cocktails for a Cure drinks or donated directly to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Shout out to another fabulous Franklin Inn friend, Ashley Ewing. Ashley is also a Pittsburgh's 50 Finest Honoree. I just peeked at her page, and she has raised almost $8,000 in donations for CF too! Ashley owns the barber shop, Ashley's Sharp Cuts.
