    - Salmon or Tofu Mole Verde -
    This traditional mole with pre-Hispanic origins is different from the poblano mole 
    that we typically serve.  Mole Verde is also known as pipian verde and originated in the
    Oaxacan area of Mexico. The fresh herbs, chiles and green color make Mole Verde the
    perfect mole sauce for Spring. Our version features tomatillos, roasted pumpkin seeds, 
    jalapenos, spinach, parsley, cilantro, oregano and other love. Served over rice with a 
    spinach roasted red pepper and poblano salad lightly dressed with a lime vinaigrette. 

    Wild Caught Chilean Salmon, house filleted 25.95 or 
    Garlicky Spiced Tofu (v)  16.95

    Mexican Fish Wrap - Hand breaded maseca citrus cod deep-fried. Rolled in a flour tortilla with Pepper Jack cheese, rice, shredded iceberg lettuce, and pico de gallo. Served with fries plus zesty tartar sauce or chipotle cocktail sauce (go for both!). 15.95. 

    Fish Tacos - Grilled flour tortillas stuffed with Crispy cod, roasted red pepper crema, Jalisco slaw, queso fresco, and lime wedge. Two house sides. 16.95

    Blue Crab Enchiladas - Blue crab, diced red pepper, poblanos, onion and celery in corn tortillas. Sherry tomato cream sauce and queso fresco. Two house sides. 26.95

    John’s Ice Cream - Check with server for flavors. Currently Chocolate Chile.  Served in Pints only.  Ask for a couple spoons if eating it here with us.
