A quick, fresh, and delicious recipe for spicy apple salsa using 3 ingredients and 1 bottle of Cilantro Jalapeño Vinaigrette (made with fresh cilantro and jalapeños).
1 Bell Pepper - (I like to use half of two different colors)
1/4 Red Onion (or what ever type you have in the fridge)
1/2 Cup of Franklin Inn Cilantro Jalapeño Vinaigrette
Rough chop/dice the produce however you like and add our Cilantro Jalapeño Vinaigrette. Everything else is in the bottle including lots of fresh cilantro and fresh jalapeño chile peppers. Combine ingredients and enjoy. That's it. Make quantity adjustments to suit your taste. Other optional extras if you happen to have them could include minced jalapeño, twist of lime, coarse salt and pepper, cilantro sprig for garnish. This recipe is hard to mess up.
Great with chips, over salad greens, and grilled chicken or fish.
