Keep items refrigerated until ready to use. Heat the warm items before serving.

2. Enchilada “no turkey” Take & Bake (Serves 5-7) 99
+ Pan of Enchiladas (10). Prepared, rolled and ready to heat and serve. Select a filling:
• Pulled chicken, shredded beef or pork/8 oz containers of enchilada sauce & sour cream
• Chipotle Mushroom(v/8 oz containers of chipotle sauce and sunflower crema
• Select two fillings (5 of each) - $5 additional
+ Side dishes: Quart each of Black Bean & Corn Salad and Rice
+ House Salad with dressing (Ranch or Cilantro Jalapeno Vinaigrette). For vegan select Cilantro Jalapeno Vinaigrette with no cheese.
+ Pint of House Salsa & Chips (chips are made in a communal fryer)
+ Sauce upgrade: replace enchilada sauce with a pint of Colorado Green Chile sauce (v) $5
3. Taco’bout a Great Holiday (Serves 5-7) 99
+ Taco Filling (Quart) and flour tortillas, pint of diced tomatoes, quart of shredded lettuce. Select one filling option:
• Spiced ground beef or pulled chicken with a pint of cheese and 8 oz of sour cream
• Vegan Chorizo with 8 oz of sunflower seed crema
+ Side dishes: Quart each of Black Bean & Corn Salad & Rice
Black bean and corn salad also makes for a great vegan taco.
+ House Salad with dressing (Ranch or Cilantro Jalapeno Vinaigrette). For vegan select Cilantro Jalapeno Vinaigrette with no cheese.
