Happy Mexican Independence Day

Happy Mexican Independence Day

Happy Independence day to our friends South of the Border.

Our crew suggests you celebrate with Gorditas and Tres Leches Cake along with a margarita or Paloma. The tradition of Gorditas date back to Mesoamerican people. The process of making them has been passed down with many regional differences.  Enjoy our version of this popular dish in honor of Mexican Independence Day.

Gorditas  - Handmade corn cakes stuffed with pinto beans, roasted chicken (19.95) or steak (20.95), cilantro, onion, queso fresco. Spicy red tomatillo salsa, sour cream, guacamole, limes and rice.
