Fall Back Into Family Meals - $49 (Serves 5-7)
Each meal includes the main dish, toppings, and sides. We'll do the slicing, dicing, chopping and cooking. All you do is preorder, pick up, refrigerate, and heat according to our directions when ready to serve.

Tacos Americanos Meal

• Taco Filling: Spiced ground beef or shredded chicken (Quart). Heat for 7 Minutes in the microwave, stirring twice.
• Toppings: Shredded Cheese (Pint), Diced Tomatoes (8 oz), Shredded Lettuce (Quart), Sour Cream (8 oz.).
• Side Dish: Rice (Quart). Add Two TBLS water, microwave for 4 minutes, stirring twice.
• Side Dish: Black Bean & Corn Salad (Pint - Could also be used to create a vegetarian taco).
• Side Dish: House Salad with your choice of dressing.
• House Salsa & Chips (1/2 bag)

Enchilada Take & Bake Meal

• Enchiladas (10 - Choose up to two fillings). Already prepared and rolled.  Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees, place pan in center rack covered, bake for 35 minutes.
• Toppings: Enchilada Sauce (8 oz), Sour Cream (8 oz.).
• Side Dish: Rice (Quart). Add Two TBLS water, microwave for 4 minutes, stirring twice
• Side Dish: Black Bean & Corn Salad
• Side Dish: House Salad & Dressing
• House Salsa & Chips
• Optional Sauce Upgrade:  Replace Enchilada Sauce with a pint of Colorado Green Chile Sauce or Diablo Sauce for an additional $5.

Burrito Take and Bake Meal

• Burritos (10 mini- Choose up to two fillings). All ready prepared and rolled.. Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees, place pan in center rack covered, bake for 45 minutes.
• Toppings: Enchilada Sauce (8 oz), Sour Cream (8 oz.).
• Side Dish: Rice (Quart). Add Two TBLS water, microwave for 4 minutes, stirring twice
• Side Dish: Black Bean & Corn Salad
• Side Dish: House Salad & Dressing
• House Salsa & Chips
