Edit/Update 4/4/20: If you have exact cash (and don't need change) or Mobile Pay with our Web App, there is no need for you to come into the building. We will deliver your order to your car. You will need to come in to the restaurant to pick up your order if you need change. Or, if you are paying by credit card, because you need to sign your slip.
We are overwhelmed by your support. Thank you for your kind words and generosity to our staff. We have always offered take out but have never experienced this volume of take out...especially towards the end of the week (Friday/Saturday).
There was a lot of trial and error as we adapted from a full service dining room and bar to a take out only model for the community. We learned something new each day to make the process go smoother. The best safety, sanitizing, and cleaning methods were always a priority through out these changes.
We are sorry if something sold out that you were looking forward to ordering. The Inn's food is scratch made so it was difficult to decide how much to order and prep for you during these new circumstances.
The dining room, bar and all in house events like tequila tastings, happy hour, wing night, Tuesday Taco special and Inn Group Networking are suspended until further notice.
Updated Ordering and Carry Out Procedures
1. Call 412-366-4140 to place your order. We will accept phone orders only. No in person ordering. Your dinner is scratch made to order. Wait times vary with call volume. We encourage you to order and pick up early when possible, especially on the weekend.
2. Be sure to leave your name and mobile phone number when ordering.
3. Head to the Inn around the time of your estimated pick up and remain in your car. We will call you when it is time for you to come in to pay your bill and retrieve your order. This ensures that we can maintain social distancing in the restaurant.
If you have our new rewards web app, you can try to pay via your mobile phone. It is still in the testing phase and doesn't work properly for everyone yet. Most iphone users are not having an issue. Here is the registration link if you would like to try it: https://app.tableup.com/r/443/register.
When it works, its awesome. Register using the link and add a credit card number to your payment options. I can walk you through it when you arrive for your pick up. The worst that can happen is that it won't work for you and then we can use your credit card instead.
